About Juliet Harold-Barry
The studio is led by Juliet Harold-Barry. Juliet studied garden design and horticulture at the Chicago Botanic Garden. Prior to becoming a garden designer, she had a career in marketing but was drawn to combining her love of gardening and design into a new profession.
Juliet grew up on a farm in Ireland, surrounded by wildlife and diverse habitats. She learned to appreciate the beauty of the Irish flora and fauna from her parents and was instilled with a love of nature from a very young age. As a result of her upbringing and education, she brings an ecologically driven aesthetic and a deep-seated knowledge of enduring landscapes to all of her designs.
